(Received an advanced copy and voluntarily reviewing)I appreciated the realistic approach to Abby's idea of taking over her family's restaurant. A lot of books I've read don't really go into the financial aspects of taking over a business or starting a new one. They just magically open up a restaurant or a store and everyone shows up. I can relate to Abby being a dreamer. I can be a dreamer too at times, but reality has often proven to me the downside of dreaming. That's why I'm glad that she had people like Aiden and her older sister Deidra around to give her a bit of a reality check. They weren't rude about it (although it might have interpreted that way); they were just trying to keep her from getting too carried away.And while Abby is a bit of a dreamer and gets carried away, it was a good thing that she was able to help Aiden curb his workaholic tendencies. He might have seemed okay, but he could have experienced real burnout which would affect his romantic relationships as well as his relationship with his sister.
